What To Expect At WEPC
If you are new to WEPC, we want your visit to be simple and enjoyable!
We have parking lots on both the East and West sides of our building, so accessibility to our worship services is easy.
When you arrive at WEPC, you can stop by one of our blue round tables by the S. High St. entrance. One of our attendants will welcome you, check you into our worship service, and answer any questions related to our services, classes, events, and weekly ministries.
Before you enter one of our worship services, you will receive a church bulletin containing the order of service for that morning and announcements regarding WEPC events and how you can get involved. If it is your first visit to WEPC, there will be a visitors form where you are more than welcome to write down your name and how our pastors & staff can pray for you.
Currently, our church sanctuary is under renovation until February. Due to this, we are only having worship service at 11 AM in the gym by the West side doors. At 9 AM, you are welcome to enjoy some refreshments provided by WEPC and join our 'Sweet Hour of Prayer' with our Senior Pastor Aaron, where we gather together to pray. At 10 AM, we have Sunday Connection Hour classes for adults, kids, teens, and young adults, which we highly encourage everyone to attend.
At the end of each service, one of our Pastors will be waiting to greet and welcome you, ready to wish you blessings for the remainder of your week.

Middle & High Connection Classes

This class meets in the youth room, which is underneath the Gym.
Preschool - 6th Grade

These classes are located on the third floor, which is directly over the Fellowship Hall.
Nursery & Worship for Kids
Children under 3 - Our nursery is open during our 10 AM connection hour and 11 AM service only. The nursery is in Room 202, on the second floor of the WEPC building. To get to the nursery, use the elevator on the 1st floor. Your child will receive great care and an excellent Bible lesson in the nursery.
Ages 3 -5 - During our first service, children ages 4 & 5 are encouraged to participate in the church service. During the second service, this age group is encouraged to stay in the service with their families until the middle of the worship service. At that time, the pastor will dismiss children for KidCity Worship. Pick-up will be in the Fellowship Hall at 12:15 PM during the fall, winter, and spring months, and dismissed to the playground during summer, weather permitting.
Grades PK-4 – During first service, children from preschool to 4th grade are encouraged to join their family for the traditional church service. During second service, this age group is encouraged to stay in the service with their families until the pastor dismisses them to KidCity Worship. Afterward, their teacher will take them to the third-floor classrooms above the Fellowship Hall. They will be dismissed to the Fellowship Hall at 12:15 PM during the fall, winter, and spring months, and dismissed to the playground during the summer, weather permitting.
Grades 5 and up – Children from 5th grade & up are generally able to participate in the entire worship service. For children transitioning out of the KidCity age group, we encourage them to engage in the service.
