Pastor & Staff

Aaron Klein

Senior Pastor

As our senior pastor, Aaron equips and collaborates with an amazing church staff, oversees together with our ruling elders to discern the Lord’s direction for our church, and brings us weekly instruction from God’s Word. Aaron graduated from Trinity Christian College and earned his MDiv at Western Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Nicole, are the proud parents of one daughter and three sons. Aaron arrived at WEPC in August 2020, and is grateful to serve alongside a congregation that is passionate about loving Jesus, loving one another, and loving our community.

In his spare time, you might find him imagining he can fly as he dabbles in RC aviation, fishing, or running. If the way to a person’s heart is through their stomach, just about any Chicago style pizza (deep dish or thin crust) or good Mexican food will do.

Angela Ayers

Presby Preschool director

As Presby Preschool director, Angela oversees the preschool and guides staff in following the mission and vision to facilitate the growth and development of children in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. She joyfully welcomes families to discover our school's play-based curriculum, which allows children ages 3-5 to explore, be curious, and choose the activity that suits their personal learning style. Angela comes from a background in public school administration, so she is familiar with kindergarten standards and how to best set students up for success as they begin their K-12 experience.

Angela enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and two dogs in her spare time and enjoys every moment she can with her adult children. She is a lover of learning and information and hopes to perfect her skills in cornhole and pickleball.

Dan Ayers

Student Ministries Director

As youth director, Dan oversees the junior and senior high youth ministry. Through weekly Wednesday night meetings and other activities, our youth ministry seeks to lead young people to faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, to help them grow as disciples, and to build a community of love, support, and encouragement. Dan is also a high school math teacher at Warsaw Community High School.

He enjoys doing things with Angela, his wife, and best friend since 1993, such as watching movies and sports (cheering for the Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Purdue), eating good food, visiting their adult children and grandson, and all of their extended family, and reading the Bible and praying together. He also enjoys walking with his dogs almost every day.

Heather Faust

Children's Ministry Director

As our Kids Ministry Director, Heather leads talented volunteers, teaches kids, plans events, and supports parents as they disciple their kids. She graduated from Grace College in December 2010 with a Counseling major and a Youth Ministry minor. Heather has been involved in kids ministry volunteering and leadership for the past 17 years and sees working with kids as more of a joyful hobby than a job. She also loves connecting with families in her home and helping the church feel like a safe place for anyone new to our church family or to faith in general.

Heather and her hubby, Brian, have been married for 12 years and have three crazy, wonderful girls. She enjoys nature foraging, board games, ethnic food, and deep conversation.

Krista Koors

Office Manager

Krista has been working in our church office since 1998 when she began as a receptionist. In 2004 she moved into her position of Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. Her responsibilities are to help the office and church activities run as smoothly as possible.

On Sunday mornings, you can find her greeting people coming for worship.

A fun fact to know about Krista is that her baptism, confirmation, parents’ memorial service, wedding, baptism of her two sons, older son’s wedding, and her husband's memorial service all took place at WEPC. Needless to say, this is her church home.

Maegan McFarland

Communications Director

As Communications Director, Maegan is responsible for assisting visitors and overseeing the multiple avenues of communication here at WEPC. Maegan graduated from Grace College with a B.A. in communications and a minor in journalism. She joined the WEPC staff in January 2019 and has loved working where she can grow professionally and spiritually, using communication and creativity to spread The Gospel and bring joy to others.

Most of Maegan's spare time is spent being involved in ministries, like praise team or youth group. However, in her spare spare time, you can find Maegan at home battling the forces of evil in a video game, enjoying the latest animated movies & tv shows, usually of the Disney variety, attending painting classes, or enjoying various Biblical commentaries, books, & studies.

Jacob Meulink

Tech Director

Jacob is responsible for the technological side of church-life at WEPC, including preparing the presentation for church services, setting up/tearing down mics and cables, troubleshooting the Sunday morning live stream, and working with our midweek groups to ensure their tech needs are met. Jacob is an engineer at Zimmer Biomet, designing knees and surgical instruments. He has been attending WEPC for as long as he can remember and joined the staff in the spring of 2023.

In his spare time, you can find Jacob living his God-given passion for sports at a volleyball court, softball field, disc golf course, ultimate frisbee field, or basketball court. He also enjoys playing percussion in the Symphony of the Lakes and the Grace College Wind Ensemble here in the Warsaw/Winona Lake area.

Judie Meulink

Worship director

Judie’s responsibilities include leading worship, designing weekly and special worship services, and directing the WEPC choir, praise band, and orchestra. In addition to degrees from Calvin College and the Hartt School of Music, Judie also has a doctorate in Music Education from Ball State University. She and her husband, Steve, have four children and six grandchildren. In her spare time, you can find Judie exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Judie joined the WEPC staff in August 2009. She loves working with the other staff members and leading our congregation into the presence of God every week.

Abi Stevens

Nursery Coordinator

As Nursery Coordinator, Abi oversees all nursery responsibilities, communicates regularly to her team of volunteers, ensures that the nursery is welcoming for visitors and Church members, and shows Christ’s love to the children of WEPC. Abi attends Grace College and will graduate in 2025 with a B.S. in digital marketing with a minor in behavioral science. She joined the WEPC staff in October 2021 and has enjoyed caring for the little ones and serving alongside gifted individuals, all to bring glory to God and joy to others.

In her spare time, you can find Abi walking the Winona trails, listening (and dancing) to lots of music, painting, and watercoloring, baking yummy chocolate chip cookies, and volunteering for local organizations.

Mark Warner

Facilities Manager

Mark maintains the WEPC building & property and sets up spaces for meetings and events. He enjoys the large variety of tasks & activities that keep him moving all day. He joined WEPC staff in November 2022 after 21 years at Zimmer Biomet. Mark has two BS degrees and an MS degree–and never really decided what he wanted to do when he grew up, although he has found plenty to do anyway. Mark attended Presby with his family as a young boy until college, and his parents are Presby members. He and his wife Melissa have been involved in many Presby ministries since 2002. They have 3 grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. Besides being involved at church, Mark enjoys activities with family, running (barefoot, when the weather allows), boating that includes wake surfing & water skiing, and reading.

Debbie Yingling

As Treasurer, Debbie manages all of the accounting and finances for the church. She is a graduate of Manchester College, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Debbie has been a member of WEPC since 1998 and enjoys serving in various ministries of the church, including choir, praise team, Bloom Women's Bible studies, and Finance Team. Debbie and her husband, John, have two adult children and lots of grandkids and great-grandkids. In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano, camping, reading, and making frequent trips to Missouri to see her son and his wife. Debbie retired from her full-time career in 2021 and has been a member of the WEPC staff since January 2022. She really enjoys working with the great staff that we have at Presby.
